Pit Rules
- All people entering the pit area MUST sign a waiver before proceeding, and must display a valid Pit Pass wristband at all times.
In the event a Pit Pass is lost, a replacement can be purchased at the sign-in table. In the event a wristband is torn or otherwise wrecked, it may be exchanged for a new one at no cost. - No kids under 14 years old allowed in the pit area, under any circumstances. This is for safety reasons, due to tow vehicles, derby cars, etc, moving about the pit area. We want this to remain a fun, family-friendly event and be safe for all. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in Pit Pass forfeiture, subject to Officials’ discretion.
- All pit pass holders, please be aware of your surroundings at all times while in the pit area. During showtimes, please stay clear of the entrance/exit ares to the arena.
- PAYOUTS will be after the final show each evening, approx. 1 hour after the evening show ends, subject to Officials’ final review of footage.
- DRIVERS MEETING will be called approx. 1 hour prior to each show. ALL drivers & volunteers are required to attend to receive important information. Meeting will be held at the base of the Officials’ Tower.
- Volunteer timers to check in with Karen for car # assignments following the driver’s meeting.
NOTE: There is overnight camping available – RVs/Trailers only, NO TENTS (no exceptions)
